This week our Director for Turkey, Merve ÖZEN, qualified to participate in the annual Bosphorus Cross-Continental Swimming Race, organized by the Turkey National Olympics Committee -Türkiye Milli Olimpiyat Komitesi.
Taking place on Sunday 21st August, Merve will swim a total of 6.5 kilometers across from Asia to Europe, departing from Kanlıca on the Asian side of Istanbul, to Kuruçeşme Cemil Topuzlu Park on the European side.
Representing participants from 55 countries, only 2,500 swimmers are selected each year.
Congratulations to Merve for taking part in this inspiring initiative. Fundraising will be in aid of Children with Cancer and any donations are welcome.
