Axendo is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the inaugural UK-Francophone West and Central Africa Trade and Investment Forum, further underlining our commitment to building opportunities in Africa.
The Forum is a major intergovernmental and private sector summit convened by DMA Invest, the Department for International Trade (DIT) and UK Export Finance (UKEF).
The eight countries present include the West Africa power houses of Senegal and Cote d’Ivoire, Central Africa’s Cameroon, the extraordinarily diverse economies of Benin, Niger and mineral-rich Guinea alongside the Commonwealth’s newest members – Gabon and Togo.
UKEF, the UK’s export credit agency, will showcase its support and appetite for French-speaking West and Central Africa. Recent successes have included an award-winning and record financing facility for primary healthcare in Cote d’Ivoire and an innovative infrastructure financing facility in Cameroon.
Axendo believes in the future of Africa and is committed to supporting its ongoing development of the trade ecosystem and economic development across the region.
